DANIEL RACOVEANU

I started practicing sports starting at the age of ten. My first sport was judo and I've done it for a couple of years. Been playing around with martial arts around 14 years but found my true love in weight lifting at the age of 15 when I joined the track and field team. My choices were shot put and discus throw where I started to develop my strength and muscles. I was still incomplete as I felt I was missing harmony and symmetry. That is when I discovered bodybuilding and my true love for this great sport. I never left something unfinished and never stopped until I completed my mission which was to be the champion of champions in my country (overall champion 4 times). 


In my achievements I enumerate 9 bodybuilding titles, one title of national champion in shot put. I live and breathe sport and I will do it for the rest of my entire life knowing I did what I loved most!

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or 3 monthly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself  with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

    The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.
